Privacy Policy
This page explains what this website collects, why, and who it is shared with. It covers this site only — not any separate dealings you may have with DE.CI.
Who we are
MA.KE Spaces is the workspace-furniture brand of DE.CI, 22 Lasilky St., New Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. Tax ID 540 – 407 – 968. For any privacy question, or to ask us to delete your data, email info@deci-cairo.com.
What we collect
When you contact us
If you use an enquiry form, it collects your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message, along with any team size and workstation system you selected. Submitting it sends those details straight to our studio inbox at info@deci-cairo.com, using the email delivery service Resend. Your IP address is processed at that moment to prevent abuse of the form. We hold the resulting email as we would any business correspondence, and we do not store your submission in any separate database.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages and buttons are used. It does not set advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites.
Advertising measurement
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and we measure whether those adverts lead to enquiries. To do that we use the Meta Pixel in your browser together with Meta’s Conversions API on our server. Between them they record:
- that a page was viewed, and which page
- that you clicked an email, phone or WhatsApp link, or submitted an enquiry form
- your IP address, browser user-agent, and the Meta cookies
_fbpand_fbc, which identify your browser and the advert you arrived from - if you submitted an enquiry form: your email address, phone number and name
Your email address, phone number and name are never sent to Meta in readable form. They are converted on our own server into an irreversible SHA-256 hash before transmission. Meta compares that hash against its own hashes to tell whether a conversion came from one of our adverts. We do not send Meta the contents of your message.
Why we are allowed to do this
We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding whether our advertising works and in responding to business enquiries. If you are in a jurisdiction that requires your consent for advertising cookies, you can withhold it using the controls in the next section — and you should do so before browsing further.
Who your data goes to
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, as described above.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes server logs, which include IP addresses.
- Resend — delivers enquiry-form submissions to our inbox. It processes the contents of your enquiry in transit.
Both are outside Egypt, so your data is processed abroad. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How to opt out
- Adjust what Meta may use for advertising in your Facebook ad preferences.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a tracking blocker. The site works normally without them.
- Email info@deci-cairo.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the business relationship reasonably requires. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to Vercel’s and Meta’s own retention periods, which we do not control.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date above.
